中文摘要	目的:研究P16蛋白,cyclin D1在舌癌原发灶及转移淋巴结中的表达,旨在探讨它们与舌癌淋巴结转移的关系,以指导治疗和评估预后.方法:应用免疫组化方法检测243 例舌癌的原发灶及其转移淋巴结的P16蛋白,cyclin D1表达.结果:243 例舌癌的原发癌中P16蛋白阳性表达率为56.4%(137/243),cyclin D1的阳性表达率为 62.1%(151/243).P16蛋白,cyclin D1表达与舌癌的组织分化和淋巴结转移密切相关,而与临床分期和发病部位无关.结论:P16蛋白缺失,cyclin D1过表达与舌癌的组织分化和淋巴结转移有关,可以作为舌癌判断淋巴结转移和预后评估的生物指标之一.
英文摘要	Objective;To investigate the expression of PI6 and cyciin Dl in primary tongufi cancer and their metastasis in lymph nodes. Methods: Immunohislocheinical detection of proteins of P16 und cyciin Dl was undertaken in tissue sections of 243 oases of primary tongue cancer and their metastasis lymph nodes. Results;The positive expression rale of P16 and cyelin Dl in primary tongue cancer was 56.4% ( 137/243) and 62. 1 % (151/243) respectively. In the lymph node metastasis the positive expression of P16 and cyclin Dl was 40% (27/68) and 78% (53/ 68) respectively. The expression of P16 and cyciin Dl showed no relationship with the clinical stage and the ana-lomic site of tongue cancer(P >0. 05) ,cyciin Dl was positively and P16 negatively associated with the differentiation and the lymph node metastasis of tongue cancer( P < 0.05). Conclusion; The loss of expression of PI 6 and the overexpression of cyciin Dl are related to the differentiation and the lymph node metastasis of tongue cancer.
