中文摘要	目的探讨X线诊断对非典型肺炎的诊断价值.方法报告120例资料完整,经X线诊断和临床治疗确诊的非典型肺炎,对比观察各病例治疗前后的X线影像改变.结果 120例非典型肺炎按X线表现大致可分为以下4大类:①肺部间质性改变34例,占28.3%,其中双侧弥漫性改变28例;②节段性或散在云絮状炎症改变38例,占31.7%,其中双侧17例,单侧21例;③大片渗出性炎性改变32例,占26.7%,其中双侧13例,单侧19例;④其它改变16例,占13.3%.结论非典型肺炎的X线可有多种表现形式,大致可分为轻型SARS、典型SARS、不典型SARS和重型SARS 4大类型,X线检查对非典型肺炎的诊断和预后有重要临床价值.
英文摘要	Objective To explore the value of the diagnosis of SARS with X -ray. Methods 120 oases of SAKS with full data proved by X - ray diagnosis and clinical treatraenl were reported and the changes of X -ray appearance before and after treatment were compared and alyzed. Results According lo the appearances of X -ray, 120 cases of SARS were divided into 4 types:?34 casus (28. 3% ) showed in-rstitial changes of the lung,including disseminated changes in 28 cases;d)38 cases (31.7% ) showed segnionlal or scattered cloud - wool ? flaramalory changes,of them,17 cases were bilateral involvement,21 cases were unilateral involvement;?32 cases (26.7% ) allowed large tent of exudative inflammatory changes , of them , 1 3 cases were bilateral involvement , 1 9 cases were unilateral involvement ; (3) 1 6 eases (13 3%) s’iovved olher cllarlSes- Conclusion The X - ray findings of SARS are varied. It can be divided into 4 types: gentle SARS, typical SARS.atypical SARS and severe SARS ,X - ray examination has an important clinical value in the diagnosis and prognosis of SARS.
