中文摘要	目的分析眼眶皮样囊肿的CT表现.方法经手术及病理证实的眼眶皮样囊肿4例,男3例,女1例,年龄6～21岁.分别行CT 3 mm层厚轴状位及5 mm厚冠状位平扫,2例行CT轴状位增强扫描.结果 4例中3例位于右侧,1例位于左侧,均位于眼眶外上象限肌锥外.1例呈分叶状,伴有邻近额颧缝增宽,皮样囊肿沿增宽的额颧缝向眶外生长;3例呈卵圆形,其中1例相邻眶骨硬化增厚,其他2例眶骨骨质未见改变.4例皮样囊肿境界清楚,3例囊液密度均匀,与脂肪密度相似,CT值为-140～-80 HU,1例密度不均匀,2例行CT增强扫描后病变境界显示更为清晰.结论眼眶皮样囊肿的CT表现较具有特征性,能够在术前作定性诊断.
英文摘要	Objective To sludy the CT findings of dermoid cyst of the orbit. Methods Four cases of dermoitl cyst of the orbit proved by operation and pathology were presented. There were three cases of male, one case of female, age 6-21 years. Transverse CT scans(3 mm slice) and coronal CT scans(5 mm slice) were obtained, in which enhancement study was done in Iwo cases. Results Among four cases, lesion was located in ihe right on three cases, in the left on one ease. All lesions were located outside the muscle of upper - lateral guarler. One lesion was showed a mulli - lobular shape, with widening of the frontozygomalie fissure and protruding to outside of the orbit. Three le-sions were found anoval shape, in which one lesion was showed a bony sclerosis and thickening, another two cases were showed no bony change. On all cases, the edge of the lesions were demonstrated clearly, in which three cases were low - density! - 140 ~ - 80 HU) similar to fat density, and one case with heterogeneous density. The lesion was showed more clearly on enhancement study un two oases. Conclusion CT findings of dermoid cysl of the orbit is characteristic and ihe diagnosis can be made before operation.
