中文摘要	目的探讨特殊部位脑膜瘤的影像特征.方法回顾性分析11例手术和病理证实的特殊部位(侧脑室、鞍隔、额窦)脑膜瘤的MRI、CT表现.其中MRI检查8例,CT检查3例.结果 11例均为单发.位于侧脑室4例,鞍隔4例,额窦3例.T1WI 加权像上脑膜瘤信号主要为等信号和略低信号.T2WI 加权像上脑膜瘤信号主要为等信号、略高信号、略低信号.MR增强为均匀强化或不均匀强化.CT平扫:表现为均匀等密度和稍高密度,均未做强化.病理分型:纤维母细胞型4例,血管母细胞型3例,合体细胞型1例,砂粒体型3例.11例脑膜瘤中有9例误诊.结论提高特殊部位脑膜瘤影像学诊断正确率,对临床确定正确手术入路、提高肿瘤手术治愈率有重要意义.
英文摘要	Objective To study the CT and MRI features of meningiomas at special locations. Methods CT and MRI findings of men-ingiomas at special locations (lateral ventricle,diaphragma sellae,frontal sinus) in 11 cases confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. 8 patients were evaluated with MRI,3 patients were evaluated with CT. Results 11 cases were all singulur lesion. The lesions were al lateral ventricle in 4, at diaphragma sellae in 4,at frontal sinus in 3. Of total 11 cases,8 cases showed isointensily or slight hypoinlensity signal on T,WI ,tumors had isointensity or slight hyperintensity signal or slight hypointensity signal on T2WI, homogeneous or inhomogeneous enhancement were found on Gd - DTPA enhanced MRI scanning. 3 cases were showed homogeneous density or slight highly density on plain CT scanning. Pathological diagnosis was as follows: fibroblastic type in 4, angioblaslic type in 3 .syncytial type in 1 .psammomalous type in 3. There were 9 oases were misdiagnosed before operation. Conclusion It is a fact that improving the imaging correct diagnostic rate of meningioma at special locations will play an important role in deciding correct operative route of entry and increasing cure rale.
