中文摘要草地是我国陆地面积最大的生态系统类型,对维持我国自然生态系统格局、功能和过程具有特殊的生态意义.目前,草地退化导致的区域生态问题越来越突出,评价我国草地资源生态服务功能的经济价值,尤其是其潜在的生态调节功能和生命支持功能的价值,对于制定合理的区域生态保护和经济开发决策、保护和恢复草地生态系统具有重要意义.构成草地生态系统服务功能间接价值的功能指标主要包括侵蚀控制、截留降水、土壤C累积(气候调节)、废弃物降解、营养物质循环、空气质量调节、文化多样性和生境提供等.本研究选取其中的侵蚀控制、截留降水、土壤C累积、废弃物降解、营养物质循环和生境提供6类功能进行了评价,基于服务功能机制对其物质量评价方法进行了探索,并在此基础上对其生态经济价值进行了评价,得出我国草地生态系统6类服务功能的年生态经济价值分别为228.21*108、692.0*108、6575.06*108、228.35*108、832.62*108和246.77*108元人民币,6类功能的总价值为8803.01*108元.研究结果表明,草地生态系统除为社会提供直接产品价值外,还具有巨大的间接使用价值,而且这种价值对人类的贡献与提供产品本身同样重要.今后草地生态系统服务功能及其价值评价工作应注重加强草地生态系统服务功能机制研究.
英文摘要Grassland ecosystem is the biggest one in China terrestrial ecosystems, and plays special role in maintaining the structure, functions and ecological processes of natural ecosystems. At present, a series of ecological problems are becoming more and more serious because of grassland degradation in some regions. One of the essential reasons is that some important ecological functions of grassland ecosystem and their values are neglected. The economic valuation of grassland ecosystem services, especially the regulating and supporting services that is remarkable but unfamiliar by public, will help to the conservation, reclamation and rational development of grassland resources in China.The services of China grassland ecosystem that provide indirect values for human being comprise soil erosion control, rainfall regulation, soil C accumulation (weather regulation), waste degradation, nutrient cycling, air quality purifying, cultural diversity, and biodiversity maintenance. This paper took 6 services as components of indirect value to assessment, which include soil erosion control, rainfall regulation, soil C accumulation, waste degradation, nutrient cycling, and biodiversity maintain. The grassland ecosystem is categorized into 18 types during assessment including Temperate Meadow Steppe (TMS), Temperate Steppe (TS), Temperate Desert Steppe (TDS), Temperate Steppe Desert (TSD), Temperate Desert (TD), Alpine Meadow Steppe (AMS), Alpine Steppe CAS), Alpine Desert Steppe (ADS), Alpine Desert (AD), Warm Tussock (WT), Warm Shrubby Tussock (WST), Tropical Tussock (TT), Tropical Shrubby Tussock (TST), Arid-tropical Shrubby Tussock (ATST), Low-land Meadow (LLM), Montane Meadow (MM), Alpine Meadow (AM) , and Marsh(M). Every type has its special features in distribution, area, net primary production, and soil erosion, etc.The assessment of grassland services is divided into two steps in this paper, physical and value assessment. Physical assessment is to quantify the services by choosing reasonable methods and parameters based on the function mechanism analyses. Many researches on grassland function are collected and utilized during physical assessment including investigation, field long-term study, geographic features and spatial distribution. The data processing is carried out by ARCVIEW software. Value assessment is to valuate the results of physical assessment by some economic methods such as replacement cost, avoided cost, market pricing, and willing to pay, etc. As a result, the economic values of these S services are 228. 21X108, 692- OX 10 6575. 06 X 10s, 228. 35 X 10s, 832. 62 X 10 and 246. 77 X lO’Yuan RMB, respectively. The total indirect value of the foregoing services of the grassland ecosystem in China is up to 8803. 01X 108 Yuan RMB.The results show that grassland ecosystem provides huge indirect value to human being besides the direct value of goods, and that the indirect value is same important as the direct value. Not recognizing all the services provided by grasslands will mislead the decision-makers since all the management efforts are aimed at maximizing the production of goods and services with market value. There are still many difficulties in the field of ecosystem services valuation. The focuses of grassland ecosystem services and their valuation in the future should be the service mechanism.
