英文摘要	The production of the grass-land animal husbandry is Complicated Eco-economy system. The yield ofthe system is determined not only by its biological characteristics, but also by the environment situation andhuman’s activities. People should bold correct knowledge about the system and optimize the water resourcesallocation. Then it’s possible to guarantee the sustainable development of the system consisted of population,resources，eco-environment, society and economy.
