中文摘要	东北农牧交错带半干旱区生态环境脆弱,草场退化与土地沙漠化发展加剧.文中分析综合治理的必要性与影响因素,提出促进生态环境恢复良性循环、区域经济持续发展的总体思路与产业布局,以及建立防沙型农牧业生态模式、生态适应性旱作模式及综合治理模式与技术措施.
英文摘要	In farming-pasture zone with semi-dry climate in northeast region of China,the grassland degeneration and land desertification are heavy and the ecological environment is weak. The necessity of comprehensive control measures of ecological environment and its limiting factors were analyzed in the paper. The ways of building the ecological pattern of agriculture and animal husbandry to prevent land deserting,the rain fed agriculture pattern with an ecology adaptability,comprehensive control pattern and technical measures were provided to promote a good cycle of ecological environment and a sustainable economic development in the region.
