中文摘要	运用可持续发展理论,分析研究毛乌素沙地的脆弱性特征,提出了可持续发展战略措施.该区气候暖干化,气候灾害频繁,水资源短缺,沙漠化严重,粮食生产波动性大,经济发展也呈波动性变化.通过实施生态脱贫战略,因地制宜地对防治沙漠化,改善生态环境和发展生态经济,采取切实有效的措施,使生态建设与脱贫致富和经济开发同步进行,逐步实现该区的可持续发展.
英文摘要	The Mu Us Sandland is located in the southeastern marginal zone of a desert in China, and ils area is 4. 0 X 10 km . The average annual precipitation here is 348. 9 mm and is in a reduction trend with a reduction rate of 0. 305 mm/a, and the maximum annual precipitation (465 mm in 1985) is more than twice of the minimum one (227 mm in 2000); the mean annual air temperature is 8.62 "C, and it is in a warming trend with an increasing rate of 0, 044 6 °C/a. The Mu Us Sandland is a vulnerable compound ecosystem, the climate is in a warming-drying trend, the climatic disasters occur frequently, the grain yield fluctuates violently, the local economy is developed in a fluctuation way, the vegetation coverage is low, the ecological environment is vulnerable, and the desertification here is serious. Based on the theory of sustainable development, in this paper, the vulnerability of the Mu Us Sandland is analyzed, and some strategic measures are put forward for the sustainable development .so as to shake off poverty by implementing the ecological strategy, control the desertification by taking some measures suited to the local conditions, improve the ecological environment, develop the ecological economy, and gradually achieve the sustainable development.
