中文摘要	退耕还林还草后如何实现农业自身可持续发展,这是国家和地方政府非常关心的问题.针对宁夏南部退化山区农业发展中存在的主要问题,在总结试区多年工作经验的基础上,提出了适合于当地农村经济发展的4种生态农业模式,系统分析了各种生态农业模式的经济、社会和生态效益及其推广前景,为半干旱山区退耕还林还草和农业可持续发展提供科学依据与实践基础.
英文摘要	The west development of China has been a great strategy of Chinese government. Although the arid area of north-west China is a large agricultural region which is rich in resources, but ecological en-vironment is very poor and the conflict between economic development and environment protection become more and more severe. After returning farmland into forest and grassland, how the farmer can develop in a sustainable manner is a big problem for the government to face up. This paper analyzes the main prob-lems of agricultural development in the southern area of Ningxia province, summarizes the 20-year experi-ences of the experimental zone in the area, and puts forward four different models of eco-agriculture, fruit-vegetable model, fruit-seedling model, grass-fruit-livestock. The economic and social return is also ana-lyzed, so as to set up the basis of returning farmland into forest and grassland.
