中文摘要	目的建立中国健康人群男、女性和各年龄组大动脉弹性指数（C_1）和小动脉弹性指（C_2）的正常参照值，评价动脉弹性指数测定短期内的重复性。方法选择中国10个城市年龄巧80岁正常血压健康人1 924例（男947，女977），采用动脉弹性功能测定仪CVProfilorDO一2020，平卧位同步测量并记录30_s肱动脉血压和挠动脉脉搏波形，获取C_1 和C_2。连续测定3次，每次相隔4 min7～28d后进行重复性检测。结果中国健康人群C_1和C_2 平均值分别为（16．04．1） ml/ m m Hg10、（6．63．0）耐／mm Hg x 100。女性C_1和C_2均低于男性，无论男、女性C_1和C_2均与年龄负各地区C_1和C_2平均值的绝对差值较小。根据C_1和-2与年龄的回归方程，已获得不同年龄性C_1和C_2的正常参照值范围。重复检测的数据较接近，尤其是_2 。结论健康人群动脉弹性Cl和C：受性别、年龄影响，应按照男、女性和不同年龄组建立其正常参照值。动脉弹性指数C_1和C测定在短期内有较好重复性。
英文摘要	Objective To obtain the reference value of both large and small artery elasticity, C_1and C2 in Chinese population, and to evaluate the reproducibility of C1 and C2. Methods We selected 1 924 healthy normotensive volunteers (947 men and 977 women) , age 15-80 years old, in 10 cities of China Radial arterial pulse waveforms and blood pressure were recorded simultaneously for 30 seconds for each subjects in the supine position to measure Cl and C2 using CVProfilor DO-2020. At each visit, pulse contour analysis was performed in triplicate at 4 -minute interval. Repeatability data were obtained from each subject on two visits 7-28 days apart. Results The average values of C_1and C2 in Chinese healthy subjects were (16.04.1) ml/mm Hg x 10, (6. 6 3. 0) ml/mm Hg x 100 respectively. The values Cl and C2 were lower in female than in male, and both C_1 and C2 were correlated negatively with age. The absolute differences in the average values of C_1 and C2 were small among different regions of China. The reference values of C_1and C2 have been established in the different age groups of men and women, based on the regression equations between C_1,C2 arid age. The data of C_1and C2 between the first and the second visits were very similar, particularly the C2. Conclusion Artery elasticity is influenced by gender and age in healthy subjects, so that the reference value of C_1and C2 should be established according to the different age groups of men and women. The determination of arterial elasticity using CVProfilor DO-2020 has good reproducibility during short-term period.
