中文摘要	目的介绍利用废弃手指或手部组织块修复手部组织缺损的方法.方法对6例手部组织缺损者,根据伤情利用其本应废弃的手指或手部组织块,做成游离皮瓣或游离复合组织瓣,移植修复重建手部其它部位的皮肤或复合组织缺损.结果共移植7块游离组织,均Ⅰ期存活.术后随访6个月至2年,外形、感觉及运动功能的恢复均较满意.结论利用废弃手指或手部组织块修复手部组织缺损,可减轻患者的再创伤,是一种值得选用的治疗方法.
英文摘要	Objective To introduce a resurfacing metliod of hand tissue defect by using tissues hai’vested from abandoned finger or hand. Methods Six oases of hand tissue defects were involved in the study. Free flaps or free composite tissue gi’afts were harvested from die abandoned finger or hand for reconstmction of skin and composite tissue defects in another areas of hand. Results Seven free issue gi’afts transplanted in the 6 patients survived at the primary stage. Over a period of 6 months to 2 years follow-up, satisfactory function restoration in sensition, motion and appearance was obtained. Conclusion Resurfacing hand tissue defects by tissues from abandoned hands or fingers can minimize operative trauma and augment functional results in appropriate patients.
