中文摘要	目的利用经动脉性门静脉造影CT重建门静脉、肝静脉三维结构，观察生理状态下的各肝段门静脉的分支形式。方法 73例病人，导管置入于肠系膜上动脉内，注入造影剂后门静脉期和肝静脉期连续扫描肝脏。三维重建门静脉及肝静脉，分析各肝段内的门静脉的分支形式。结果肝右叶4个段的门静脉分支形式分为4个类型，肝左叶外侧段的门静脉分为3个类型，内侧段分为2个类型。结论门静脉的三维图像重建及类型分析对术前手术方式的确定有一定的临床意义。
英文摘要	Objective To clarify variations in intrahepatic portal branches by means of CT imaging procedures. Methods The subjects were 73 patients. The entire liver was scanned using helical CT during the portal and hepatic venous phases, and 3D images of the portal vein were reconstructed with the volume-rendering technique and the region-growing method. Results The branching patterns of both the anterior (P5 and P8) and posterior segmental branches (P6 and P7) ol the right lobe of the liver could he classified into four types. The caudate branch (PI) and left lateral segmental branches (P2 and P3) could be classified into three types, arid the interior segmental branch of the left lobe (P4) could be classified into two types. The frequency of each pattern was also revealed. Conclusion The portal anatomy visualized by these methods is very useful for preoperative examinations.
