中文摘要	目的:研究以颈椎牵引、运动疗法为主的综合治疗对神经根型颈椎病的康复效果及作用机制.方法:将91例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为2组:对照组41例,予常规理疗;治疗组50例,在常规理疗基础上予颈椎牵引、运动疗法、ADL指导等综合康复治疗.3疗程后采用神经根型颈椎病的症状与功能评定量表进行疗效评价.结果:对照组优16例、良13例、中9例,差3例,优良率70.73%;治疗组优34例、良11例、中4例、差1例,优良率90.0%,经统计分析,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01);平均治愈天数对照组为22.137.78天,治疗组为16.598.12天,两组比较差别有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:综合康复治疗对神经根型颈椎病有较高的康复价值,可充分发挥各种疗法的协同作用,缩短病程,提高和巩固疗效.
英文摘要	Objective:To study the rehabilitative effectiveness on nerve root cervical spondylosis and functional mechanism of treatment combined with cervical vertebra traction and exercise therapy as keys.Method: 91 oases were divided randomly into two groups:a control group of 41,given routine treatment; A experiment group, cervical vertebra traction, exercise therapy,ADL training plus routine physiotherapy.After 3 courses their results were evaluated with symptom and function scores. Result:Of the controlled 16 cases were excellent, 13 good,9 moderate, and 3 poor;the experimented 34 excellent, 11 good,4 moderate, 1 poor, with P<0.01 comparatively statistic signifi-cance. The average cure days: 22.137.78 days for the controlled; 16.598.12 days for the experimented, with P< 0.05. Conclusion:Combined treatment has higher value for nerve root cervical spondylosis, which plays coordinated roles of therapies, shortens courses, improves and strengthens effectiveness.
