中文摘要	土地沙化是我国特别是西北地区当前最为严重的生态环境问题，不断加剧的沙尘暴与沙化土地的扩张更使生态环境问题雪上加霜。文中根据中国沙化现状及世界防沙治沙经验展开思考，提出中国防沙治沙的总体方针和技术对策。
英文摘要	Desertification is the most severe ecological environmental problem in China,particularly in North-west of China. And it is becoming more serious with the aggravation of sand - dust - form and the expansion of the desert. In this article the authors think through the current status in China and the experiences of preventing and controlling sand in the world,and submit the current desertification status in the world and submit the overall policy and technical measures for the government to prevent and control sand.
