中文摘要	目的分析颅内异位生殖细胞瘤的MRI特征，并与病理结果对照。方法对我院手术及病理证实的颅内异位生殖细胞瘤24例MRI表现进行了回顾性分析。结果 MRI显示肿癌位于鞍上区5例，基底节区6例，例脑室周围2例，透明隔合并例脑室1例，鞍上区合并松果体区3例，基底节区合并松果体区3例，侧脑室周围及松果体区2例，例脑室、第三脑室内合并松果体区2例；MRI增强示22例病灶显著强化，10例病灶中见囊变。病理上18例边界清楚，11例有坏死囊变，2例有出血，2例有钙化。结论颅内异位生殖细胞瘤最常见于男性儿童，其MRI表现具有一定特征性，病理与影像之间具有一定相关性。
英文摘要	Objective To analyze the MRI features of intracranial eclopic germinomas compared with pathologic findings. Methods MRI manifestations of intracranial eclopic germinomas in 24 cases verified by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Tumors were located al suprasellar region in 5 cases,basal nucleus region in 6 cases,round lateral ventriculus in 2 cases,pellucid seplum and lateral ventriculus in 1 case,3 cases suprasellar and pineal region in 3 cases,basal nucleus and pineal region in 3 cases,pineal region and round lateral ventriculus in 2 cases,lateral ventriculus,and ihird ventricles as well as pineal region in 2 cases. Lesions were showed marked enhancement in 22 cases and 10 oases had cystic degeneration on MRI. Pathologically, 18 of 24 cases were seen clear border,cystic degenera-tion 11 cases, hemorrhage 2 cases and calcification 2 cases. Conclusion Intracranial ectopie germinomas are common in male children and are of MR characteristics, its MRI findings are correlated with pathology.
