中文摘要	城镇生活污水排入水体,严重影响水资源的使用价值.沙漠地区因缺水,造成许多地方造林失败.本文提出了将城镇生活污水就近引浇防沙治沙工程林的构想,并从经济和环境影响两个方面详细论述了该方案的比较优势.
英文摘要	Being discharged into the water body, municipal domestic sewage has severely affected the use value of water resources. Being short of water, afforestation in many places of desert regions has failed. This paper puts for-ward a tentative plan that municipal domestic sewage should be diverted nearby to irrigate the forest for harnessing desert and preventing desertification. Through economics and environmental effect, it also gives a minute exposition that the new plan occupies a dominant position comparatively.
