中文摘要	渔用电子仪器设备是否能正常工作，将直接影响捕捞船的安全与生产，对我国国外渔业企业的生存与发展具有举足轻重的作用。本文描述了作业于毛里塔尼亚海域的我国捕捞船的电子仪器设备现状与问题，并探讨了解决问题的方法。
英文摘要	Whether the electronic instruments in fishing could operate normally and properly can directly affect the safety of fishing-boats and the production process, and plays an important role in the development of those fishery businesses abroad. This paper describes the status of the electronic instruments arid the problems faced by our fishing-boats in the Mauritania seas and discusses the methods to solve them.
