中文摘要 | 目的探讨沙漠干热环境徒手行军者血浆一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)与生理应激的关系。方法对在沙漠干热环境中分别以3.5km/h和5.0km/h徒手行军1,2,3h试验组60名战士和对照组14名战士血浆NO和NOS、心律增值、肛温增值和积热指数等进行分析。结果不论是3.5km/h还是5.0km/h行军,各行军时间试验组血浆NO均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。3.5km/h行军时,行军3h试验组血浆NO明显低于1h试验组(P<0.05)。行军1h试验组血浆NOS水平明显高于行军2,3h试验组(P<0.05)。各行军时间试验组心率增值、肛温增值和积热指数与对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。行军3h试验组心率增值明显高于行军2h试验组(P<0.05)。5.0km/h行军时,各行军时间试验组肛温增值和积热指数与对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。行军2,3h试验组积热指数明显高于行军1h试验组(P<0.05),行军3h试验组明显低于行军2h试验组(P<0.05)。行军2,3h试验组心率增值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙漠干热环境徒手行军者血浆NO和NOS与生理应激相关。 |
英文摘要 | Objective To explore the relation between plasma nitric oxide (NO)and nitric oxide synthase (NOS)and physiological stress of unarmed soldiers marching in dry heat desert. Methods When unarmed soldiers marching in dry heat desert at different speeds for different periods, NO, NOS, heart rate, rectal temperature and body heat storage index (BHSI)of 60 soldiers and 14 controls were observed. Results Either at 3.5 km/h or at 5.0km/h, the plasma NO concentrations in the marching groups were much lower than those of the control (P<0.05). When marching with a speed of 3.5 km/h for 3 hours, the NO was lower than that for 1 h (P<0.05),however, when marching for 1 hour, the NOS was more than those for 2 and 3 hours. The heart rate, rectal temperature and BHSI were significantly different from those of the control. The heart rate for 3 hours was more than that for 2 hours (P < 0.05). At 5.0 km/h, the heart rates for 2 and 3 hours were more than those of the control, BHHSI for 2 and 3 hours were much more than those for 1 hour, and that for 3 hours was much lower than that for 2 hours. Conclusions There is a correlation between NO and NOS and physiological stress of unarmed soldiers marching in dry heat desert. |
