中文摘要	根据内蒙古西部地区的水土资源现状及非充分灌溉原理，自1991年至1994年，我们对该地区的小麦、玉米和高梁，做了非充分灌溉试验，选择了适合当地条件的作用、水模型，采用系统经济灌溉制度及多目标规划方法，制定了本地区的节水灌溉模式，旨在探索节水农业的新途径。
英文摘要	Based on the soil and water resources conditions and non-sufficient irrigation principle, the non -sufficient irrigation experiments and field trials had been done for wheat, corn and sorghum from 1991 to 1994. The crop-water models were selected that are suitable to the local conditions. Water saving irrigation models of the experimental area have been worked using system economics and multi-ple objectives planning in order to find out new water saving agriculture practice.
