中文摘要	文章分析了塔里木河中下游的生态环境现状。其生态环境总体表现为河水矿化度升高、地下水位下降、植被退化和土地沙漠化。从恢复生态不的观点出发，文章从技术和政策两个方面提出了应对这些问题的治理对策。
英文摘要	This paper discussed the status of ec-environment in middle and lower reach of Tarim river. Mineralization increasing in the water, reduction of ground water table, degradation of vegetation and land desertification are main problems that the local people met in the middle and lower reach of Tarim river. From the direction of technology and policy, the management countermeasures were suggested in this paper.
