中文摘要塔里木河是我国最大的内陆河。4条源流出山口多年平均天然径流量224.9*10~8m~3(1957~2001年)。在全球变暖的大背景下,塔里木河流域山区气候出现变暖增湿的趋势,20世纪90年代径流量达241.9*10~8m~3,增幅7.6%。由于源流区人类开发利用水资源的影响,使得补给塔里木河干流的水量不断减少,水文条件改变,造成干流上、中游段耗水严重,导致下游生态与环境急剧退化。自2000年以来,实施的从开都河-博斯腾湖向下游绿色走廊应急输水,已使下游生态环境开始恢复生机。
英文摘要Tarim River is the largest continental river in China, its catchment area is 1.02 * 10~6 km~2, in which the area of oases occupies 5% only, and the ecological environment here is extremely vulnerable. The multiyear-average (1957 - 2001) annual natural runoff volume was 2. 249 * 10 nr at the debouchure of its four tribu-taries. Under the background of global warming, the mountainous climate in the Tarim River watershed is changing in a warming-wetting trend, and the annual runoff volume was 2.419 * 10~(10) m~3 at the debouchure of its four tributaries in ihe 1990’s and increased for 7,6%. The stream flow of the mainstream of Tarim River is continuously reduced due to the excessive water consumption in its source stream areas, thus, the hydrological conditions are changed, and the ecology and environment in the lower reaches of Tarim River is seriously degen-erated. However, the ecological environment in the Tarim River watershed has begun to regenerate since imple-menting the urgent stream water conveyance for saving the "Green Corridor" in the lower reaches of Tarim River from 2000. This paper analyzes the hydrological effects on the ecological environment in the Tarim River water-shed after the stream flow of the mainstream is reduced clue to the excessive water consumption in the source stream areas. The regeneration of the ecological environment: and the sustainable development in the watershed are also discussed.
