中文摘要 | 本文从风险的角度对石羊河流域日益恶化的生态环境问题进行了探讨。首先,在系统定性分析的基础上,将石羊河流域生态风险分为水资源短缺风险及土壤和植被破坏风险,并建立了相应的风险指标体系。然后,对流域内6个行政分区的风险因子值进行了获取工作。针对石羊河流域的实际资料,采用主成分分析法和改进的灰色关联度法对风险因子进行筛选,最终确定出敏感性风险因子,为进一步进行风险评价奠定了基础,同时也为制订风险的防范措施和对策提供了理论依据。 |
英文摘要 | Ecological risk assessment is a new field applying the theories and methods of ecology, geography, environment science and traditional risk assessment. Regional (watershed) ecological risk assessment is one of the branches of ecological risk assessment. It assesses the possibility and magnitude of the undesired events in regional (watershed) scale, provides the theoretic principles for taking some preventable measures for the ecological risk. So the research on the regional (watershed) ecological risk is of significance. Shiyanghe River is one of the three main inland stream systems in the Xexi Corridor, Gansu Province. In recent years, the original ecological balance is seriously destroyed in the Shiyanghe River watershed, many environment problems, such as the drawdown of groundwater level, water quality deterioration, land degradation and desertification, soil salinization or alkalization and vegetation degeneration, occur along with the rapid population growth, development of industrial and agricultural production and increase of water consumption in the watershed. There are two main aspects in ecological risk in the Shiyanghe River watershed. One is the shortage of water resources and frequent occurrence of droughts, and the other the land degradation and vegetation destruction. In this paper, the increasingly deteriorated ecological environment in the watershed is researched from a viewpoint of ecological risk. Based on the qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed results of the ecological risk, an index system of risk factors (including 38 risk factors altogether) is developed. The values of the risk factors in 6 administrative regions in the Shiyanghe River watershed are obtained. Based on the available data, the factors of ecological risk are selected, and the sensitive factors are determined. The sequence of the risk factors in shortage of water resources and frequent occurrence of droughts is the precipitation, per capita volume of water supply, drawdown speed of groundwater level, drought index, proportion of treated wastewater, proportion of water supply by reservoirs, drained wastewater volume per unit GDP, proportion of excessively pumped groundwater,water quality, proportions of stream water and wastewater, mean annual air temperature, per capita area of irrigated farmlands, proportion of industrial water consumption, per capita GDP, annual evaporation, proportion of gross annual value of industrial output, quantity of reservoirs, relative humidity, annual sunshine duration, proportion of agricultural water consumption, proportion of water consumption for general life, and COD concentration of stream water and groundwater. The sequence of the risk factors in land degradation and vegetation destruction is the proportion of area of desertified lands, coverage of natural vegetation, proportions of forests and grasslands, proportion of area of soil salinization or alkalization, proportions of farmlands and shelter - forests in the desertified areas, per capita area of greenbelts, proportion of degenerated grasslands, proportion of fixed sandlands, change rate of area of desertified lands, and proportion of area of soil erosion. The study results can provide the basis for further assessing the ecological risk, and also the theoretical basis for putting out the preventable measures. |
