| 中文摘要 | 西北地区主要在干旱、半干旱地域内，适于建立草地农业系统，取代以粮为纲的传统农业系统。草地农业系统是以草地为主体的大农业生态系统，对其建设主要体现在农牧结合，以牧为主，因地制宜地适度发展特色农业以及抢救生态资产向生态产业转型等。其具体措施为：在牧区建立人工草地，在农区施行草田轮作，对农区和牧区施行系统间的耦合发展。讨论了建立草地农业系统的依据，农牧业发展战略、策略与技术导向以及西北地区农牧业分区发展方向等。 |
| 英文摘要 | In the north west area of China, especially the regions of arid and semi-arid, the development direction of farming and animal husbandry should be the building of a system of grassland agriculture, so as to replace the traditional system of agriculture which takes the grain, as the key link. The system of grassland agriculture is a big system of agro-ecological taken the grassland ( including the artificial grassland ) as the main body. Its construction is mainly to combine the farming and the animal husbandry taken the animal husbandry as the main body, to develop moderately the agriculture with characteristics in line with local conditions and to save the ecological property and make it transforming into ecological industry , The concrete measures are to build the artificial grassland in pastoral area; to carry out the ley farming in agricultural area; to carry out the coupling development among the systems of agricultural area arid pastoral area. In this article the following problems have been discussed: the scientific basis for building the system of grassland agriculture, the development strategy , tactics and the guidance of technical direction of farming arid animal husbandry and the development direction of different areas of farming and animal husbandry in north west area etc. |
