中文摘要	基于1999年8月国务院批复的《国家重点保护野生植物名录（第一批）》，对新四川省的国家重点保护野生植物资源进行了统计与分析。结果表明，四川省有重点保护维管束植物39科55属67种（包括变种），其中蕨类植物8得9属10种，裸子植物13属19种，被子植物24科33属38种，其中I组18种，Ⅱ级49种，从生活型看、乔木、灌木、草木分别有40，2，25种；分布区类型看，中国特有属15个，热带性属16个，温带性属21个，世界分布属3个，各占总属数的27．3％，29．1％，5．4％。文章根据四川的实际提出4条具体的保护措施。
英文摘要	According to "list of national key conservative wild plants in China" ( the first batch), sanctified by the State Council of China in August of 1999, national conservative wild plants in new Sichuan Province are statistical analyzed. The results indicate that there are 39 families, 55 genus arid 67 species (including vari-eties) of vascular bundles in Sichuan Province, among them there are 9 families, 8 genus and 10 species of pteridophyte, 13 families, 7 genus and 19 species of gymnosperm, and 33 families, 24 genus and 38 species of angiosperms. In term of life-form, the species of arbor, bush and herb are 40, 2, and 25, respectively; in term of areal type, there are 15 endemic species to China, 16 tropic type, 21 temperate type, and 3 cos-mopolitan, accounting for 27.3% , 29.1%, 38.2%,5.4% of total genus, respectively. Furthermore, five concrete measures to protect national conservative wild plants in Sichuan province are put forward.
