中文摘要	目的：探讨能癌手术治疗的方法与效果。方法：分析326例能癌根治术患者资料，其中Ⅰ期183例，Ⅱ期101例，Ⅲ期33例，Ⅳ期9例；其中有淋巴结转移者27例，结果：单纯肾癌根治性切除59例，肾癌根治性切除加淋巴结清扫267例，随访237例，5年存活率，Ⅰ-Ⅱ期75．6％，Ⅲ期23．5％，Ⅳ期14．1％，区域淋巴结清扫和扩大淋巴结清扫两组间比较，5年生存率差别无显著性意义（P＞0．05）。结论：肾癌根治术仍是能癌主要治疗方法，扩大淋巴结清扫不能提高患者生存率。
英文摘要	Objective To evaluate radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma. Methods 326 cases of renal cell carcinoma underwent radical nephrectomy were reviewed, 183 being stage I, 101 stage II, 33 stage III, 9 stage IV and 27 cases with lymph node involvement. Results 59 oases underwent radical nephrectomy whereas all the others were treated by radical nephrectomy with retroperitoneai lymphadenectomy. The 5 year survival rate was 75.6% for stage I～II, 23.5% for stage III , and 14.1% for stage IV. There has been no statistical difference in 5 year survival rate between the regional lymphadenectomy group and the extensive retroperitoneai lymphadenectomy group, P>0. 05. Conclusions Radical nephrectomy remains the cardinal method for the treatment of primary renal cell carcinoma. Extensive retroperitoneai lymphadenectomy does not improve the survival.
