中文摘要	集水型生态农业是适应西北半干旱区自然资源特点的农业发展模式，是改善生态环境和提高土地生产力的结合点。通过采取使两者同时受益的关键措施，不但可以实现农民的脱贫，而且还可以使生态环境逐步得到恢复与重建，最终实现农业的可持续发展。
英文摘要	Water - gathering eco - agriculture is the agricultural development model, which suits the features of the natural sources of the semi - arid regions in the northwest, and the joint to combine improving ecological environ-ment and raising the production of the land. By using the key measures, which make benefits to both of them, not only the poverty - alleviation of fanners can be realized, but also the ecological environment can be restored and re - constructed gradually. Finally, the sustainable development of agriculture can be realized.
