中文摘要	目的探讨激光泪道成形术联合泪道内注入药物治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法采用Nd：YAG泪道激光联合泪道内注和壳聚糖、0．85％生理盐水，治疗慢性泪囊炎患者116例136眼，随记3－6个月，进行疗效观察。结果壳聚糖组6个月冲洗通畅率最高为95．6％，生理盐水组为64．1％。两组比较差异有非常显著意义（P＜0．005）。结论采用Nd：LAG泪道激光联合泪道内注入聚糖是有效且成功率较高的治疗慢性泪囊炎的方法。
英文摘要	Objective To investigate the efficacy of the treatment of dacryocystitis with canalicular plastic surgery using Nd’ YAG laser and injection of chitosan.Methods Canalicular plastic surgery using Nd’ YAG laser was performed with combinction of injection of chitosan on 136 eyes of 116 oases with dacryocystitis. Mean follow-up was 5 months(3 - 6 months) . Results The successful rate of group with chitosan after 6 months was 95.6% to compare with normal salinle group (64.1 % ) . Comparison of the results between two goups showed a significant difference, P < 0.05. Conclusions Laser canalicular plasty as minimally invasive surgical treatment combined with injection of chitosan is an excellent surgical method for dacryocystitis.
