中文摘要	对乌兰布和沙漠不同生境下4个采集地及呼和浩特市内树木园固沙树木真菌多样性进行了调查研究。结果表明，真菌种类有133种，各自组成了相应的群落，每个群落各有其优势种。在多样性分析中，R_1R_2的变化趋势基本上与Hlambda的变化趋势一致，表现为呼和浩特（⑤）>沙林中心植物园（②）>106治沙工区（③）>乌海治沙林场(④)>沙林中心第一实验场（①）；E_1E_2和E_3的变化趋势基本一致，表现为：①>③>④>⑤>②。总之，各采集地真菌群落的多样性特征是真菌与栖地的地理生境长期相互作用的反映，沙化环境中真菌多样性发生衰减现象；Hlambda和丰富度指数随生境渐好而递增。
英文摘要	Fungus diversity of sand-fixation trees in 4 plots at different habitats in Wulan Buh Desert and in a plot in Tree Garden in Huhhot were investigated. The results showed that there were 133 fungus species in 5 plots, which constituted 5 corresponding communities, dominated by their dominant species. Through diversity nanalyzing, changes in the index values of R_1、R_2、H’、lambda、E_1、E_2 and E_3 indicated that the change of R_1R_2 accorded basically with H’ and lambda, namedly Tree Garden in Huhhot (⑤) > Botanical Garden in the Desert - Forest Experimental center of CAF (②) > 106 Sand - Control Zone (③) > Wuhai Sand - Control Forest Farm (④) > the First Experimental Farm in the Desert Forest Experimental Center of CAF (①); the change of E_1E_2 and E_3 is ①>③>④>⑤>②. In a word, characteristics of fungus of diversity community in different plots is reflection of long-term interaction between fungi and geo-ecological habitat condition. Fungus diversity decreased in the sandy condition and H’、lambda and richness indexes increased with favorable habitat condition.
