中文摘要	宁南旱区目前面临植被退缩、水土流失加剧、荒漠化扩大、自然灾害频繁等生态环境问题，发展生态农业是实现此区农业可持续发展的必然选择。生态农业建设的关键技术包括调整土地利用结构，优化种植制度，强化基本农田建设，推行节水农业技术，加强水土综合治理等。在生态农业建设工程中，应注重发挥地域资源优势，培育苜蓿草产业、草食畜牧业、杂粮杂豆产生、优质淀粉产业、优质油料产生、特色林果产业、绿色农业等新型农业产业，促进生态效益与经济效益协调发展。
英文摘要	Aimed at the main ecological environmental problems faced by the dryland regions of southern Ningxia including decreased vegetations, intensified water and soil erosion, enlarge deserts and frequent natural calamities, etc, to develop eco-agriculture is a necessary choice to realize sustainable development. The sticking points of eco-agriculture are: to regulate land-use structure, to optimize cropping system, to strengthen fundamental farmland construction, to practice water-saving techniques, and to harness land and water in comprehensive ways. In the course of eco-agriculture engineering, attentions should be paid to the new agro-industries such as alfalfa products, grazing animal products, minor grains, high-grade amylum, high-grade edible oil, special fruits and green agriculture, so as to take full advantage of regional resources and to improve coordinative progress of both ecological and economic benefits.
