中文摘要	基于当前小麦生产面临的问题，从品种的角度论述了高产节水小麦在西北地区农业可持续发展中的作用，指出节水高产小麦品种的选育是解决西北地区干旱危害的根本性措施和最简捷有效的途径。结合小麦育种实践，提出利用聚优杂交、欠缺性选择，多生态水、旱交替选育，生理特性筛选及分子标记筛选等选育高产节小麦品种的方法。
英文摘要	Based on the question of wheat production from the variety point of view, it discussed the high-yielding and water-saving wheat’s role in sustainable development of agriculture in Northwest areas, pointed out that breeding high-yielding and water-saving wheat varieties is the best way and important measure to solve dry harm in Northwest areas. Then it set forward techniques of gathering merit cross, lack properties selection, water and arid selection in different environment, physiological characters and molecular marker-assitea selection methods for breading high-yielding and water-saving wheat varieties.
