英文摘要 | A method for the determination of dinotefur, thiamethoxam, clothiandin, imidacloprid, acetamiprid and thiacloprid in tea samples was introduced. The isotope internal standard(imideacloprid-D4) was added into the sample solutions. The sample was extracted with acetonitrile. Then it was cleaned up) With active charcoal and Oasis( HLB) columns. The ionisation mode used was positive mode with multiple reaction monitoring, The one precursor/two product ion transitions were used for each neonicotinoids. The results show that the working curves were linear in the range of 0.01 - 0. 4 mg/kg. The recoveries were between 80.1% - 106.1% and the relative standard deviations were less than 9.7% at the spiked levels of 0. 02, 0. 04 and 0. 2 mg/kg. The limits of quantitation were 0. 02 mg/kg The method is simple, rapid, and accurate, and its performance can meet the requirements of the domestic and international legislation. The method adapts to confirm residues of neonicotinoid pesticides in tea samples. |
