This study aimed to evaluate the erosive process in a residual bulk in soils with different cover crops: area planted continuously with corn, area in pousio (three years) and area of secondary forest. Aluminum plotes had been placed in each areas with 50 cm of width with a gutter hardwired in the inferior part to receive the material eroded. Soil samples located next to each aluminum plotes were collected, in the depths of 0-5; 5-10; 10-15; 15-20; 20-25 and 25-30cm. Chemical and physical analyses in both samples collected how old eroded soil were conduced. The soils showed good chemical characteristics, however the soil under corn plantation, showed lower organic matter and P content in 0-5cm depth. The soil cultivated with maize showed a higher apparent bulk and a lower soil porosity in the same depth. Verified a reduction of the fraction clay in the superficial layer, and a higher fertility in the sediments in the system of plantation with corn. The soil in pousio and of soil forest had presented a lower loss of sediments by erosion. The highest rain distribution favored the process erosive.
