Three different phenotype populations of Camelus dromedarius were characterised on the basis of different traits. Blood chemistry evaluating the quantity of AST, ALT, acid phosphatase, cholinesterase, glucose, total protein, albumin, globulin, urea, uric acid, creatinine, total lipids, cholesterol, triglycerides, phosphorus, total iron and calcium were carried out. The results revealed significant differences between the three phenotypes in their blood chemistries.
