During operation "Desert Storm", medical officers tried to adjust medical organisation to the special missions of their regiment. Referring to emergency basis, the authors imagine original tectics of forward medical engagement. Considering the important veriery of military possibilities, the analysis of their experience shows that the main point is the adaptability of medical organisation and communication between medical teams leading surgical elements and Evac helicopters. Conception of forward medical engagement is a guarantee of the best efficiency of emergency care ; it necessitates equipment of some medical vehicles, practical teaching for military staff and, above all, special radio-communications and Evac helicopters.
