中文摘要	黑麦草是一种分蘖快、抗逆性高、再生能力强、引种栽培面积广泛的禾本科牧草。因其产量高、适口性好、营养价值均衡全面,近年来广泛应用到畜牧生产中。本研究从植物学特征、生物学特征、营养特征、栽培技术、青贮技术及在畜禽生产中的应用研究进行综述,并探讨其在喀斯特石漠化地区的应用价值,以期为进一步挖掘黑麦草在畜牧业中的发展潜力及其在喀斯特地区生态修复中的应用提供参考。
英文摘要	Ryegrass(Lolium perenne)is a kind of gramineous forage with fast division,high stress resistance,strong regeneration ability and wide introduction and cultivation area.It has been widely used in animal husbandry production in recent years because of its high yield,good palatability and balanced nutritional value.This paper summarized the research on botanical characteristics,biological characteristics,nutritional characteristics,cultivation technology,silage technology and its application in livestock and poultry production,and discussed its application value in karst rocky desertification areas,in order to provide reference for further excavating the development potential of L.perenne in animal husbandry and its application in ecological restoration in karst areas.
