英文摘要 | With the rapid expansion of urbanization and the urban population's demand for land, China's urban green area is becoming less and less, which leads to a series of environmental problems and resource problems in the process of landscape development..Populus Bolleana Lauche (P. holleana) is ecologically significant to desertification control and restoration of degraded land in arid and semi-arid regions. To distinguish the changes in top (0-15 cm) and sub-top (15-20 cm) affected by P. bolleana, we compared top and sub-top soil properties and the referenced uncovered sandy land in the southern Mu Us Sandy Lands, China. Relationships between fractal dimensions (D) of soil particle size distribution and soil physicochemical properties are discussed. Selected soil properties were measured in the laboratory, and D was calculated by using laser diffraction technique. In the top layer. P. bolleana had significant positive effects on soil physicochemical properties. However, in the sub-top layer such effects were not obvious. Fractal dimensions ranged from 2.52+0.47 to 2.35+0.261 and had significant con-elation with selected soil properties (except total nitrogen), particularly in the top layer. P. bolleana helped improve soil properties. D was a practical index for quantifying changes in soil properties, and results implied desertification. From set out actually, for the northwest semiarid areas of water shortages, lack of green land, fragile ecological environment and soil erosion characteristics of the semi-arid region in northwest landscape green space of the existing problems and put forward the corresponding solution measures, in order to arid regions of northwest landscape ecological restoration and development to provide theoretical basis and practical experience. |
