英文摘要 | Hydropower has provided clean, affordable, reliable, and renewable electricity in the United States for more than a century. Building on hydropower鈥檚 historical significance, and to inform the continued technical evolution, energy market value, and environmental performance of the industry, the U.S. Department of Energy鈥檚 (DOE鈥檚) Wind and Water Power Technologies Office has led a first-of-its-kind comprehensive analysis focused on a set of potential pathways for the environmentally sustainable expansion of hydropower (hydropower generation and pumped storage) in the United States. |
