中文摘要	基于研究区2000,2005年土地利用图形数据,土地沙漠化监测数据,环境状况公报数据以及统计年鉴数据,依据《生态环境状况评价技术规范(试行)》(HJ/T192-2006),从整个研究区及旗,县尺度上对科尔沁沙地退耕还草工程实施初期,实施5年后的生态环境状况及动态变化进行定量分析和评价.结果表明:退耕还草工程实施5年后,科尔沁沙地整体生态环境状况虽有所改善,但仍属于"较差"级别.研究区各旗县的生态环境状况表现为阿鲁科尔沁旗,科尔沁左翼后旗,扎鲁特旗(含霍林郭勒市)和科尔沁右翼中旗的生态环境状况属于"一般"级别,而巴林左旗的生态环境状况则由退耕初期的"一般"级别退化为"较差"级别.整体看,科尔沁沙地沙尘治理中不存在"局部改善,整体恶化"的局势,但一些旗县在实施退耕还草工程过程中仍面临着草地数量,质量有待提高的局面
英文摘要	By analyzing land-use figure data, land desertification monitoring data, state of the environment data and statistical yearbook data in 2000 and 2005, and appling the People’s Republic of China Environmental Protection Industry Standard: 《Technical Criterion for Eco-environmental Status Evaluation(Tentative) 》(HJ/T 192-2006) which provides establishment of indicator system for assessing eco-environment quality and the methods of calculation,we made a quantitative analysis and evaluation for the ecological environment condition and dynamic change of Horqin Sandy Land after the implementation project of conversion of cultivated land to grassland initial period and five years later in the whole research area and different banners(counties). The results express that between 2000 and 2005, the change of organism abundance index is-5. 16% ~ 12. 29%, the change of vegetation cover index is-4. 68% ~ 16. 98%, the change of rivers density index is-1. 11% ~ 74. 43%, the change of land degradation index is-40. 78% ~ 1. 08%, the change of environmental quality index is-7. 03% ~-0. 13%, the change of integrated environmental quality index is-2. 60% ~ 11. 95%. It shows that by implements the project of conversion of cultivated land to grassland 5 years, the ecological environment condition of the whole Horqin Sandy Land has been improved, while the change is not obvious and the condition is still bad. All the banners(counties) ’s ecological environment condition in the research area is different, for example: the Aluhorqin Banner, the Horqinzuoyihou Banner, the Zhalute Banner(including Huolinguole City) and the Horqinyouyizhong Banner’s ecological environment condition is in general grade, but the Balinzuo Banner’s condition degenerated from general into bad grade. On the whole, though such the circumstance," part was improved but the whole became worsen" did not exist in the process of dealing with the sand and dust problem of Horqin Sandy Land. However, the situations that the quantity and quality of meadow are eagerly to be enhanced are still faced by some banners(counties) during the grain for green project
