中文摘要	目的报道4例原发性肥大性骨关节病,提高对该病的认识.方法对4例原发性肥大性骨关节病患者进行病史追查,手、足、前臂、小腿、颅骨及胸部X线检查和皮肤活检.结果 4例原发性肥大性骨关节病患者出现杵状指(趾),皮肤肥厚改变及不同程度和范围的骨膜成骨亢进,其中3例为不完全型高度进展期,1例为完全型进展期.结论原发性肥大性骨关节病具有较典型的临床及影像学特征,典型者一般诊断不难,但需排除继发性及其他有关疾病.
英文摘要	Objective To reported four cases of primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy ( PHOA) in order to improve the understanding of this disease, Methods Four patients with PHOA were undergone histological analysis, radiological examinations of hands, feel, ante brachium,calf,skull and chest.as well as skinbiopsy. Results Four patients with PHOA showed finger clubbing, thickened skin and periostosis with varied degree and range. Three oases were incomplete type and in the high progressive period, and one case was complete type and in the progressive period. Conclusion PHOA has special clinical and radiographic manifestations, including periostosis, clubbing and ihiukening facial skin,probably has familial history, The secondary HOA and relative diseases should be excluded in the establishment of diagnosis.
